We have over 15 years of experience in building communities and custom homes at high Canadian and European standards, as well as Investments all around the world.

Valle De Samsara is our new project located in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. We are going to use all our experience and knowledge to make the best family-friendly community for people like us, who want to invest or live in Nicaragua.

Our goal is to build a strong community of families and friends.

The community will have a Clubhouse located close to the San Juan Del Sur River.

Valle De Samsara Center will include shared a swimming pool, fitness facility, yoga, activities for kids, playground, splash pad, café/smoothie bar and a chill out hammock area.

As one of the projects, we will create a space for a community garden, to educate your kids about agricultural techniques.

The entire community will be gated and monitored by security guards 24/7.
